Magnificent Cities Group Projects

Last week students turned-in their second group projects on important trading centers of the period 600 C.E. to 1450 C.E. Students researched and presented information on their topics in the form of a brief presentation and a travel package. Students examined the growth, commerce, religion and people of Timbuktu, Calicut, Venice, Melaka, Tenochtitlan and Baghdad. Parents, please take some time this weekend to discuss with your children the results of this assignment. Overall, the projects were a great success.
